General details: all the apartments have an equipped kitchen with all kitchen utencils, a refrigerator/freezer, a gas or electric stove with or without oven, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a coffee-maker. There is an iron and iron desk, a TV set, DVD player and Hi Fi stereo (CD, stereo, tape) system, telephone. Central heating (working approximately from October to April). Authentic artists paintings on the walls. Fresh linens (for all sleeping places) and towels are provided.

All apartments have a PC with Internet access (unlimited, ADSL or cable), except of Fontanka Studio, which has Wi-Fi.

Size of the beds: the double beds have the same size: 160 cm x 200 cm. The sofa-beds are 140-150 cm x 190-200 cm.
