Comfotable just renovated studio-apartment in the heart of St. Petersburg. Nice classic view to the canal from the windows, building with a lift. Accomodation for 1-2 persons. It is similar to a "double room" in a hotel, with an additional equipped kitchen. The apartment has a double bed. Wi-Fi Internet access.

Location of this apartment is superb. It is located at the embankment of Griboedov Canal, 46. This is one of the picturesque canals crossing the city center. The building is located only 2 minutes walk to 3 metro stations: Sadovaya / Sennaya Square / Spasskaya, what makes very easy an access to any part of the city, even out of the center. The nearest Sennaya square is the largest central shopping area, which includes many small stores and 2 big modern shopping malls "Sennaya"and "Pik". At the basement of the last one, a very large supermarket "Perekriostok" is located, where you can find any kind of food. The great variety of quality restaurants, budget cafes, fast food services, coffee-shops can be found around.

Nearest sights: St. Isaac Cathedral (7 min walk), Hermitage Museum (10 min walk), Nevsky prospect (12 min walk), Mariinsky Theater (10 min walk). See the location at Google Map.

Total area of the apartment is about 23 m2. The room has a double bed, table with 2 chairs, flat screen brand new TV-set, a wardrobe. There is an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Bed sheets and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave owen, gas stove (no owen), coffee-maker, electric kettle. There are all kitchen utensils (such as pots, cutlery, plates, etc.). There is a hair-dryer in the bathroom. In a special service room there are 2 washing machines and an iron with iron desk. We provide toilet paper, liquid soap, paper towels, napkins and so on.

The apartment is completely renovated and has 2 metal doors at the entrance. Triple glass windows protect from noise and temperature. It is located on the 2nd floor (with a lift), the entrance is from the closed and renovatede courtyard. This apartment is located together with 4 other Studio apartments, so, it is possible to accommodate groups up to 11 persons in these 5 Studio apartments located together.
