Check-in and check-out rules

• Check-in: normal time for check-in is 15.00.-23.00.h. Exact time will be arranged beforehand according to the arrival details of the guests. Our manager will wait you in the apartment at this time. 
• Earlier check-in (09.00.-15.00.) is possible upon request, if the apartment is available, cleaned and prepared, without extra-charge. This possibility is known beforehand.
• If the guests surely want to book in advance the early check-in (for example, at 09.00.), it is possible with a supplement of 50% of the cost of 1 night.
• Night time check-in (from 23.00. to 00.30.) is possible with an extra-fee of 20 EUR to cover night work or our manager or with a booking or our transfer (pick-up), in this case a key will be given by the driver, without the visit of our manager.
• Very late night check-in (after 00.30. to 08.00.) is possible with a booking of our transporation from the airport or train station and the key will be given to the guests by the driver (English and German speaking) and without the visit of our manager.
• Check-out: normal check-out time is till 12.00. (midday). Late check-out (at a reasonable time, arranged with our manager in advance) is possible according to the availability, without extra-charge. This possibility is known beforehand and we can inform you.
• If the guests surely want to book the late check-out, it is possible with a supplement of 50% of the cost of 1 night.
• If there are different guests coming and leaving the same day, and they have not booked early check-in or later check-out especially, for all of them we consider "check-in" time at 15.00. or later, and "check-out" time at 12.00.h at latest.
• The luggage is put in and out from the apartment at the moment of check-in or check-out. Our staff comes to the apartment only on arrival or departure of the guests, at the time agreed, to deliver or pick-up the key, or to clean. It is possible to keep the luggage at the luggage-storage offices at the train stations. These services are cheap (about 2 EUR per 24 hours).
