This is an authentic and picturesque "Dostoevsky district", where the writer and his heroes lived, quiet, old, romantic area around Griboedov canal, with little bridges (including famouse Lions Bridge - the nearest to the apartment), where you can have an impression that you are still living in 19th century. The nearest metro station is Sennaya Ploschad / Sadovaya. To get there or to Nevsky prospect, you can enjoy a relaxing walk along the embankment of Gridoedov canal. The prices are in EURO, per apartment per night, depend on the duration of your stay.  The price is for 2 persons to stay, for the 3rd person, add 10 EUR per night. The payment is accepted in Euro, Roubles or USD.

Monthly rentals: WINTER SEASON (September-April): 750 EUR / SUMMER SEASON (May-August): 1300 EUR.
