Location: this apartment has a superb location in the most prestigious area of the historical center of St. Petersburg, known as a "Golden Triangle", where the most of tourist attractions are situated. The apartment is located on the Fontanka river embankment, in front of Sheremetiev Palace, few steps from Circus, 3 min walk from Nevsky prospect (main street of St. Petersburg), 5 min walk from Summer Garden, Grand Hotel Europe, Square of Art and Russian Museum. There are about 30 nice restaurants and cafes situated nearby - just walk some steps by Italianskaya street, Karavannaya street or Belinskogo street (you can see a list of them below at this page), and a nice western-style supermarket open 24h. Sleeping places: 1 double bed and 1 double sofa-bed. There is a possibility to put a fold-out extra-bed. You can see a plan of apartment. The apartment was completely renovated according to modern standards. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, a microwave owen, coffee-maker, toaster, electric kettle, all kitchen utensils. In the living room there is a TV-set, Hi Fi stereo (CD, stereo, tape) system. Authentic artists paintings on the walls. The apartment has a washing machine, an iron and an iron desk. There is an individual telephone line with free local calls. The apartment has a computer with ADSL Internet access (this service is free for our guests). The windows look to the yard and the flat is very quiet. It is very warm in winter time and has a central heating. Independent hot water supply. Parquet floors. Fresh linens and towels are provided. Total area of the apartment is 538 sq.f. or 50 sq. m., the bedroom has 194 sq. f. or 18 sq.m. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no lift), entrance is from the yard and the entrance door is closed with an electronic lock.
