This is a brand new large luxurious apartment, with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen-dining room. Accommodation for 1-10 persons (ideal for 3-6 persons). Location of this apartment is superb. It is located at the embankment of Griboedov Canal, 46. This is one of the picturesque canals crossing the city center. The building is located only 2 minutes walk to 3 metro stations: Sadovaya / Sennaya Square / Spasskaya, what makes very easy an access to any part of the city, even out of the center. The nearest Sennaya square is the largest central shopping area, which includes many small stores and 2 big modern shopping malls "Sennaya"and "Pik". At the basement of the last one, a very large supermarket "Perekriostok" is located, where you can find any kind of food. The great variety of quality restaurants, budget cafes, fast food services, coffee-shops can be found around. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a big corner bathtub and another with a shower. Hot water is available year around, 24 hours per day, unlimited (individual gas heater). The apartment was completely renovated according to modern standards. Natural parquet floors in the rooms. Central heating. Telephone. There are some authentic artist paintings on the walls. Fresh linens and towels are provided. Entrance is renovated and is from the euro-style renovated yard with a children playground. Entrance door is closed with an electronic lock (intercom). The apartment can accommodate up to 10-11 people together and is ideal for 3-6 people who want to use 3 private bedrooms. Total sleeping places are: 2+2+2+2+2+1. This apartment is equipped with a PC (17'' LCD monitor), connected to the Internet by High Speed Internet Line (512 Kb/s, cable, alternative to ADSL). This is very important for the people who need to use Internet for their work or to stay in touch with the family of friends. Using of our computer with Internet is free for the guests.
