Location of this apartment is superb. It is located at the embankment of Griboedov Canal, 46. This is one of the picturesque canals crossing the city center. The building is located only 2 minutes walk to 3 metro stations: Sadovaya / Sennaya Square / Spasskaya, what makes very easy an access to any part of the city, even out of the center. The nearest Sennaya square is the largest central shopping area, which includes many small stores and 2 big modern shopping malls "Sennaya"and "Pik". At the basement of the last one, a very large supermarket "Perekriostok" is located, where you can find any kind of food. The great variety of quality restaurants, budget cafes, fast food services, coffee-shops can be found around.

There is a fully equipped kitchen-dining room: gas stove with owen, microwave owen, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee-maker. Also there is a washer with dryer and also a hair-dryer in the bathroom. In the living room there is a big TV, DVD-Player, music center.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with a big corner bathtub and another with a shower. Hot water is available year around, 24 hours per day, unlimited (individual gas heater).

The apartment was completely renovated according to modern standards. Natural parquet floors in the rooms. Central heating. Telephone. There are the authentic artist paintings on the walls. Fresh linens and towels are provided.
