This is a spacious apartment, which can accommodate up to 6-7 persons in 3 comfortable double bedrooms. PC with ADSL Internet access. Location: the apartment is located in the heart of the city, a 10 minutes walk from Nevsky prospect, on Liteiny prospect - wide avenue crossing Nevsky prospect. Metro stations nearby are Mayakovskaya and Chernishevskaya, apartment is also close to Fontanka river, Summer Garden, City Circus. The large hotels nearby are: Reval Sonya, Arbat Nord, Radisson. Just some steps from the apartment there are many restaurants, coffee-shops, jazz-club, banks and stores.See map of location and Google map. Amenities: in this spacious (total area: 100 sq. m. or 1076 sq. f.) nicely designed apartment there are 3 comfortable bedrooms. Two of them have a queen size double beds and the 3rd has 2 single beds. There is a possibility to put a fold-out single extra-bed. Please, see a plan of apartment. All rooms are big (193 sq. f. (18 sq.m.), with 2 large windows each one, all windows look to the street and have a nice view. The walls in all the rooms are decorated with artist paintings especially made for this apartment. Also, there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a big corner bath-tub. Both bathrooms have floor heating. There is a big electric boiler for water heating also. The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking and dining, gas cooker, microwave owen, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee-maker, all kitchen utensils (plates, cups, pots, cutlery, etc). There is also a washing machine and iron with iron desk. Also, the apartment is equipped with TV, radio/CD-player/tape-recorder, telephone. The bed linen is included, you will find the beds made at your arrival. The apartment is equipped with a computer with high-speed ADSL Internet access (this service is free for our guests). A notice: this apartment does not have a living room, because we decided to make 3 comfortable bedrooms in order to offer accommodation for 3 or more persons, who prefer to have 3 separated bedrooms with "real beds" and wardrobes and avoid sleeping in sofa-bed in the living room. Such configuration (3 bedrooms) is difficult to find in St. Petersburg apartments. This apartment is equal to 3 double rooms in a hotel. You can check a detailed plan of apartment. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. Entrance is directly from the street (not from a court-yard). The apartment was renovated in the end of 2006, has attractive design with bright colors.
