Nous avons sejourne (4 couples) une petite semaine entre noel et jour de l'an dans l'appartement situe au bord du canal Griboedova. L'appartement est parfaitement situe en plein centre, bien chauffe, avec une vue agreable sur le canal, tout pres de stations importantes de metro, proche d'un super-marche tres bien achalande et ouvert 24/24 h, pres de tous les sites interessants de St-Petersbourg, et dieu sait qu'ils sont nombreux. L'appartement est confortable et pratique. L'accueil est bien organise avec le transfert de l'aeroport, peu couteux lorsqu'on est nombreux. La realite correspond bien a la description du site internet. Le reglement en euros par virement sur le compte espagnol de Roxana ne pose aucun probleme. L'organisation de Roxana est impeccable. Elle est tres reactive et a repondu rapidement a toutes les questions que j'ai pu lui poser pendant les six mois de preparation de notre court sejour (nous avions reserve en juillet). Franchement, St-Petersbourg en fin d'annee, c'est magique avec la Neva gelee et tous les sites sous la neige ! Pour nous, savoyards, la temperature etait supportable (autour de -10 a -15°C). Il faut etre bien equipe naturellement. Nous recommandons egalement le spectacle folklorique "Feel Russian" donne au Nikolaevski Palace, de bonne facture et sans pretention avec un excellent groupe de chanteurs russes, le tout dans un tres beau palais, pour un prix tres abordable (reservations possibles sur internet avec recuperation des billets sur place avant la representation). Loin des pieges a touristes habituels. Merci a Roxana, a qui nous devons un sejour marque par toutes les beautes que nous avons (re)decouvertes. Het was erg luxe dat hij ons kwam halen van het vliegveld en ons ook weer terugbracht. De visumhulp verliep ook op rolletjes. De registratie via Ost-West Kontakt service was in een dag klaar. In Nederland hadden we gebruik gemaakt van V&V visumdienst http://www.visumdienst.nl zodat de rompslomp tot een minimum beperkt bleef. (Al met al kost een visum dan wel een lieve duit, maar het bezoek aan St.-Petersburg is het zeker waard). We zijn de eerste avond gaan eten in het
restaurant dat Anton en jij ons aanraadden: Yolki-Palki op de Nevski Prospekt (richting
station), en later in de week op een restaurantje in een kelder op de hoek van Gorokhavaya
Ulitsa en Sadovaya Ulitsa. Beide restaurants bevielen erg goed. De ligging van het
apparement is echt geweldig - we hebben alles te voet gedaan! En we hebben ook heel veel

The apartment (Fontanka 11 B) was in great condition, close by to Nevsky, and easy to get to. It was warm when I was there in the winter, and cool when I was there in the summer. Roxana and her managers were very accomodating to my schedule, meeting me at the apartment, arranging for a mobile phone, even taking me to the Train Station. I've needed to work with a flexible arrival and departure schedule, and they have been great. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and it was nice to be able to get comfortable in an apartment, without the confines of a hotel. Having a fridge and stove was a real plus (my russian friends loved my cooking) Would recommend Roxana and her apartments to anyone looking for a good apartment for a short or long stay. Dave R. In a country where service is not the first priority of the workers, Andrew provides service that foreigners expect, and need. I cannot give Andrew a higher endorsement than this. in arranging the apartment at Liteiny prospect 32 for me. Of all the arrangements I needed
to make for my unexpected visit back to St.Petersburg booking the apartment was the
