This is a spacious cozy apartment with 1 bedroom and a large living-room, with a wonderful river view. The apartment has a PC with ADSL and Wi-Fi Internet access. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Location: embankment of Fontanka river, 69, 10 min walk from Nevsky prospect and Gostiny Dvor metro station, 7 min walk to Sennaya and Sadovaya metro stations and Sennaya square. You can see a map of location, situation at Google Map and read more below.

It has a romantic bedroom (162 sq. f. or 15 sq. m.) with 3 big arch windows overlooking the river, a large living-dining room (345 sq. f. or 32 sq. m.) combined with a kitchen and a bathroom with a bath. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is equipped with a color TV, DVD-player, music center, shared telephone line. The apartment has a computer with ADSL and Wi-Fi Internet access (this service is free for our guests).

The kitchen has an electric stove (2 fires), microwave owen, fridge/ freezer, coffee-maker, electric kettle, toaster. There are all kitchen utensils (such as pots, cutlery, plates, etc.).

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron and a hair-dryer.

Total area of the apartment is 592 sq.f. or 55 sq. m. You can see a plan of apartment. From the windows of the apartment you can enjoy a lovely river view.

The apartment is completely renovated and has 2 metal doors at the entrance. Triple glass windows protect from noise and temperature. It is located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the entrance door to the stairs and the gate are closed with an electronic lock.

Just next to the house there is a good supermarket, working from early morning till late night. 5-7 minutes walk from the apartment there is a busy Sennaya square - the largest central shopping area. It has many inexpensive stores selling any kind of goods or food and 2 big modern shopping malls "Sennaya"and "Pik". At the basement of the last one, a very large supermarket "Perekriostok" is located, where you can find any kind of food. Also, at Sennaya square are located 3 metro (subway) stations: Sennaya, Sadovaya and Spasskaya.
