This is a spacious cozy apartment with 1 bedroom and a large living-room, with a wonderful river view. The apartment has a PC with ADSL and Wi-Fi Internet access. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. You can see the VIDEO ABOUT THIS APARTMENT

Location: the apartment is located at the historical center of St. Petersburg, at the embankment of Fontanka river, 69, 10 min walk from Nevsky prospect and Gostiny Dvor metro station, 7 min walk to 3 metro stations: Sennaya, Sadovaya and Spasskaya. You can see a map of location, situation at Google Map. Just next to the house there is a good supermarket, 7 minutes walk from the apartment there is the largest central shopping area (at Sennaya square) with many stores and 2 big modern shopping malls "Sennaya"and "Pik", this one has a large supermarket "Perekriostok" at the basement.

The apartment has 55 m2 or 592 sq.f. It has a romantic bedroom (15 m2) with 3 big arch windows overlooking the river, a large living-dining room (32 m2) combined with a kitchen and a bathroom with a bath.

There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is equipped with a TV, DVD-player, music center, fan, telephone line. The apartment has a computer with ADSL and Wi-Fi Internet access (free).

The kitchen has an electric stove (2 fires), microwave owen, fridge / freezer, coffee-maker, electric kettle, toaster. There are all kitchen utensils (such as pots, cutlery, plates, etc.). The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron and a hair-dryer. We provide toilet paper, liquid soap, paper towels, napkins and so on.

The apartment is completely renovated and has 2 metal doors at the entrance. Triple glass windows protect from noise and temperature. It is located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the entrance door to the stairs and the gate are closed with an electronic lock.

The apartment is located together with Fontanka Studio, this way it is possible to rent both these apartments together for groups up to 5 o 6 persons, using this way 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 2 bathrooms (2 double beds and a double sofa-bed).
