 Prices shown are per
apartment per night, in Euros (Currency
Converter) and are valid for the year 2018. Minimum booking is 3 nights (it
can be extended if the booking period takes some "special holidays" or is made
with a a lot of time in advance). 2 nights booking (if it is possible - upon request) has
an extra charge of 20 EUR per night from a regular rate to cover extra service-costs.
The price is
total and includes accommodation, bed linen and towels, electricity, hot and cold
water, central heating, gas, local telephone calls, Internet access. It is valid for short
and long stays. Cleaning is included before and after your stay and weekly cleaning in
case of stay longer than a week (excluding monthly rentals). There are no other
hidden costs, commissions or miscellaneous charges.
Check-in and
check-out time rules: normal time for check-in is
14.00.-23.00.h. Exact time will be arranged according to the arrival details of the
guests. Earlier check-in (09.00.-14.00.) is possible without extra charge, if the
apartment is available and prepared. This possibility is known beforehand. Night check-in
(from 23.00. to 09.00.) is arranged individually. Check-out: normal
check-out time is till 12.00. (midday). Late check-out is possible according to the
availability, without extra-charge. If there are different guests coming and leaving the
same day, and they have not booked early check-in or later check-out especially, for all
of them we consider "check-in" time from 14.00., and "check-out" time
at 12.00.h at latest.
Additional
services: we can provide our guests with Russian Visa Support (official
documents necessary to obtain Russian tourist visa: Voucher and Tourist Confirmation, made
by Russian travel agency), sent by fax or by E-mail in PDF format). The cost of this
service is 10-15 Euros, depending on the duration of the stay in Russia. Also we can
arrange airport pick-up and transfer by car from the airport or train station to the
apartment and back. Guided Tours in St. Petersburg with a professional tour-guide in many
languages are possible too.
