• Prices shown are per apartment per night, in Euros (Currency Converter) and are valid for the year 2011-2012. Minimum booking is 3 nights (it can be extended if the booking period takes some "special holidays" or is made with a a lot of time in advance). 2 nights booking (if it is possible - upon request) has an extra charge of 25% from a regular rate to cover extra service-costs.
• You can find out about check-in and check-out time rules.
• We offer good discounts for repeat guests, for apartment rentals and for the Visa Support too. If you wish to rent an apartment for more than 2 weeks, please, ask a special price. During low and middle season we offer special rates for long term (from 1 month) stays.

• The price is total and includes bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, local telephone calls, cleaning. There are no other hidden costs, commissions or miscellaneous charges.

• Additional services: we can provide our guests with Russian Visa Support (official documents necessary to obtain Russian tourist visa, sent by fax or by E-mail in PDF format and Visa Registration in St. Petersburg). This service costs only 20 EUR without registration included and 30 Euros with registration included (necessary for stays longer than 7 working days). Discounts for childern and repeated guests.

The prices of the transfers are per vehicle and one way, in EURO.

• To secure the bookings made in advance, a deposit is required (usually, 2 days of stay). We accept the next ways of deposit and final payment: Bank transfer to bank account in Spanish bank, PAYPAL, cash (Euros, US Dollars, UK Pounds and roubles, according to the current exchange rate).

• I recommend you to make reservation for the High summer season (May-September) well in advance.
