Low season: 24.10.-23.12., 7.01.-24.03. You can see the Season Calendar • Prices shown are per apartment per night, in Euros (Currency Converter) and are valid for the year 2010. Minimum booking is 3 nights (it can be extended if the booking period takes some "special holidays" or is made with a a lot of time in advance). 2 nights booking (if it is possible - upon request) has an extra charge of 25% from a regular rate to cover extra service-costs. Discounts for repeat guests: Visa Support: 5 EUR (17%), Fontanka Studio: 5 EUR / night (5-10%), other apartments: 10 EUR / night (4-15%). If you want to rent an apartment for more than 2 weeks, please, ask a special price. In low and middle season we offer special rates for long term (from 1 month) stays. • The price is total and includes bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, local telephone calls, cleaning (once per week). There are no other hidden costs, commissions or miscellaneous charges. • Additional services: we can provide our guests with Russian Visa Support (official documents necessary to obtain Russian tourist visa, sent by fax or by E-mail in PDF format and Visa Registration in St. Petersburg), and also we can organize an airport or train station pick-up and transfer to or from the apartment (by car or minivan).
• Check-in and check-out time rules. Normal time for check-in is 15.00.-23.00.h, exact time will be arranged beforehand according to the arrival details of the guest. Earlier check-in (09.00.-15.00.) is possible upon request, if there are no other guests leaving the apartment the same day, without extra-charge. If the guests surely want to book in advance the early check-in (for example, at 09.00.), the previous night is charged. Night time check-in (from 23.00. to 00.30.) is possible with an extra-fee of 20 EUR to cover night work and transportation costs of our manager. Very late night check-in (after 00.30. to 07.00.) is possible with a booking of our transporation from the airport or train station and the key will be given to the guests by the driver (English and German speaking) and without the visit of our manager. Normal check-out time is till 12.00. (midday). Late check-out is possible if there are no other guests arriving the same day or the next day in the morning. If there are different guests coming and leaving the same
day, and they have not booked early check-in or later check-out especially, for all of
them we consider "check-in" time at 14.00.-15.00. and "check-out" time
at 12.00.h at latest. • I recommend you to make reservation for the High summer season (May-September) well in advance. You can read testimonials of people who have stayed in our apartments.
